However, we would like to kindly clarify a few points to provide a more balanced perspective regarding our buffet concept and service. Regarding the comment suggesting that other reviews may be “fake,” we would respectfully disagree. All reviews reflect the personal experiences and opinions of individual guests, and naturally, expectations and preferences may vary from person to person. We value every guest’s feedback equally and always strive to deliver the best possible experience. For our seafood buffet, all items are replenished continuously throughout the evening. Premium items such as oysters and lobster are intentionally served in smaller batches and refilled regularly in order to maintain freshness, quality, and proper food temperature, rather than being displayed in excessive quantities for long periods. We would also like to mention that Fin de Claire oysters, which are included in our buffet, are considered premium imported oysters with a relatively high market value. In Phuket, purchasing fresh seafood separately from local seafood markets, in addition to preparation and cooking charges, would generally exceed the buffet price offered at our restaurant. That said, we fully understand that dining experiences are subjective, and we respect your opinion even if it differs from the many positive experiences shared by other guests.
