I enjoyed a smoked salmon plate and a sea bream dish. The ingredients were impeccably fresh and thoughtfully seasoned, while the dining environment was serene and comfortable. It's during lunch time. The captain, Louis was extremely helpful, friendly, making the entire dining experience - good food, great service, meaningful chit chat with Louis. I come back to this joint, next time I visit Hong Kong. And he was kind enough to present a complimentary pancake banana chocolate dessert. Food was Excellent.
