After some rather ordinary experiences with bulgogi elsewhere in South Korea, I finally hit the jackpot here in Gyeongju! I actually stumbled into this place by chance because it was one of the few spots in the area that lets you order a single-person portion (most others require a minimum of two people). They have a very convenient tablet at each table that makes ordering quick and easy, and yes, English is available! I ordered the ground beef bulgogi, and it was exactly what I had been searching for. The seasoning was so incredible that I literally asked the waiter to give my compliments to the chef. The meal also came with a fantastic variety of kimchi side dishes that provided the perfect balance to the rich, exquisite main dish. On top of the amazing food, the staff was extremely polite and genuinely touched when I told them it was the best meal I’ve had in Korea so far. 아래는 한글리뷰있어요 너무화나서 남겨놓습니다.카카오맵에는 막아놨네요 The service was quite frustrating right from the refills. The server asked if they could put our refills on one plate, and we specifically asked for them to be separated. However, they brought it out all mixed up anyway. It was really annoying—why even ask for our preference if you’re just going to ignore it? The young female staff member with long green hair working on April 8, 2026, seriously needs some proper customer service training. To make matters worse, when we asked for some more tartar sauce, the server practically slammed the small dish onto our table and walked off. We were totally speechless. The basic level of hospitality here needs a major overhaul. Also, they don't tell you their ice cream policy upfront (which is 1 ice cream per 2 people). There were three of us, and they just handed us two ice creams with zero explanation, which was really confusing. They really need to clearly state this policy beforehand so customers don't feel misled or shortchanged. 1. 리필 시 “한 접시에 담아도 되냐”고 먼저 물어보신 점부터 이해하기 어려웠고, 각각 나눠 달라고 요청했음에도 접시가구분이가지않아 불쾌함을 느꼇습니다. 요청을 반영하지 않으실 거라면 사전에 묻는 이유가 무엇인지 의문이며, 2026년 4월 8일 근무하신 초록색 긴 머리 여성 젊은 알바분 응대 방식에 대한 CS 교육이 필요해 보입니다. 2. 타르타르 소스 리필을 요청했을 때, 그릇을 테이블에 던지듯 놓고 가셔서 매우 당황스러웠습니다. 기본적인 서비스 태도의 개선이 필요하다고 느꼈습니다. 3. 아이스크림 제공 기준(2인당 1개)에 대한 사전 안내가 없어, 3명 방문 시 별다른 설명 없이 2개만 제공받아 당황했습니다. 고객이 오해하지 않도록 이 부분에 대한 명확한 사전 고지가 필요합니다.
