I love The Office. Beautiful sexy friendly girls, always very relaxed, no pressure to buy drinks. I have met some of the sweetest girls in Thailand in that bar. The owner has a "no bitches" policy, which makes for a great bar. I love LK Metro too, no Chinese tour groups, no cops and I always have a great time. Prices are really cheap as well.
