One of my favourite bars in Singapore. The drinks are delicious, not too sweet, not too sour. Just right. The ambiance is cozy and vibey. It’s both calm yet popping. 100% recommend you visit this spot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best food & drinks in SG — every dish was thoughtfully crafted and drinks perfectly balanced. The atmosphere strikes that rare sweet spot between chic and comfort, making it an ideal place for a date night or a special evening out. Huge shout out to the staff for their warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly service — they made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in and elevated the whole experience. Definitely a place you come back to, not just for the amazing food, but for the people who make it memorable. Price per person: SGD 50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I haven’t been to a proper bar and food spot in a while. One where the food and drinks are given equal care. I came to Offtrack just to catch up with friends, with zero expectations, and I was genuinely surprised. We didn’t order a lot, but everything we had was solid. The Dashi Mascarpone Dip was beautifully balanced, smoky, savoury, creamy. The bread was dense, lightly fried I think, and cut into perfect strips for easy dipping. The Asparagus Green Goddess was interesting in the best way. I loved the fermented tea leaf dressing. It felt like a homage to Burmese tea leaf salad. The flavours were layered and fun. I just wished the asparagus had a bit more crunch for freshness, but it was still a very enjoyable dish. Desserts are not to be missed. The pandan-wrapped banana cake arrived hot and steamy. The aroma was immediate and memorable. Soft, fragrant, comforting. The coconut ice cream with black rice pudding felt like a refined burbur pulut hitam, nostalgic but elevated. The maple cornflakes added a nice crisp that made me very happy. For drinks, we had the House Espresso Martini and the Saturn, both beautifully balanced and served in ice-cold glassware. Le Minh was behind the bar. From what I understand, he has done takeovers in Bangkok and Bangalore and has a signature cocktail on the menu. I didn’t get to try it, but the Low & Slow is his take on an Old Fashioned which sounds like smth i’d come back for. Great playlist, good energy, thoughtful flavours all around. Highly recommend Offtrack if you appreciate well considered food and serious cocktails. Also sorry for the lack of photos. I was a little too drunk. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
