Their love letter waffle is unique and the portion is pretty good. However, many glaring issues must be addressed before this place stands a fighting chance against its competitors. 1. Small squares for tables. Really, how does one fit 3 plates (each table has 3 chairs) on that area (see photo 1)? Also, my left arm made friends with the fake plants on the sides (see photo 3). It is impossible to avoid. 2. An overloaded, flustered server led to disorganised service and discord between the first and second server which came to her aid at a later time. 3. I also observed that their ice cream scoop is way too small to fit the cone. The sphere sinks halfway into the cone before melting! I saw a couple having to use spoons to eat out of the cone. 4. Waffles made by amateurs of the craft, unfortunately... Batter leaking out the sides led to a lot of batter loss. Waffle was stuck to the maker too because not enough sprayed oil was added in the fluster. Every waffle had to be jiggled, scraped, and cut out of the maker with much difficulty. All in all, might've lost a fifth of the batter put in... I'm not even mad, just rather disappointed. Looking forward to returning for the food when the place has got its act together, because it's quite a mess now.

We visited this ice cream shop at Marina Square on Saturday. A thick nail was found at the bottom of my 6 years old daughter's ice cream cup. The needle is rusty looks like its been there all along. The staff at the shop was unapologetic and offered me another cup of ice cream which on hindsight I should not have taken because it was from the same tub. I wrote an email to their company address and yield no response. I got a response on instagram after I tried to find person in charge only for the person who replied me to say that the person in charge is overseas and only respond when she is back. I am astonished by the service for the seriousness of the incident. It is a major choking hazard for a small child, and injury to the mouth can also be very likely if not careful. Not taking action right away for this is not good enough and still ask staff to tell me that I will only get a response when she is back from overseas, this is not good enough for me or your future customers. You can do better.

Was looking for nice ice cream around Marina Square and came across this store at google map - although there were not much comments but we decided to give it a go! I love their Kyoto match flavour and black sesame, very generous with the fillings and not too sweet. Highly recommend
