情報の誤りを報告する
The staffs at the gek poh shopping centre outlet have extremely bad attitude and customer service, especially the short lady. I want to order food from her but it seems as if I owe her money instead. She is always not taking care of the counter making customers stand outside for so long just to order their food. I also often see her sitting inside using her phone.
Suggestion: please place a ring bell at the counter, if not people always have to look inside the kitchen just to call the staff out. Also, send the staffs for customer service training.
