My friend and I go here often, around 1-2 times a month, because we like the food. But the service is becoming increasingly bad. We always have to try very hard to get the wait staff’s attention, even when the restaurant doesn’t look busy. On our last visit, the service was especially terribly slow. We had to follow up several times for our order: 2 main dishes, 1 bottled water and 1 infused water. The bottled water came first. After about 10-15 minutes the first main dish was served. Then it was a series of chasing and following up. The infused water and second dish were served after around 30-40 minutes. It was upsetting to have to do that in one meal. One of the wait staff also looked like she was trying to pretend not to see us calling her over to our table to follow up. They offered to comp the second dish which took too long to be served. But it was overall a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone because the service is extremely disappointing. We're here for brunch @Ohkajhu Emquartier (7 Floor), a popular organic farm to plate restaurant among locals and expats. Located in Helix Sky Dining on L7, it's convenient and easily accessible via Phrom Phong BTS Station. We get seated immediately upon arrival. The chilled drinks - Freshly Squeezed Guava Juice with Celery in Party Jar, Lemon Honey Soda and Choco Banana Frappe - are delectably nourishing and refreshing to combat the summer heat All dishes, accompanied by farm fresh organic salad, are well-cooked, flavorfully delicious and generously portioned. We enjoy everything! Our ultimate faves are the succulent Grilled Sea Bass Steak With Herb Crust (Tartar Sauce), yummy Grilled Mixed Sausages (Thousand Island Dressing). The Truffle Soup With Shio Truffle Butter Bread is absolutely divine - a must-try! Sooo delicious we regret not ordering soup for each pax The BBQ Pork Spare Ribs are smoky and flavorful but a portion of it is somehow a tad overcooked and tough to bite/chew. It'd be perfect if it's made consistently fall-off-the-bone tender... The menu is extensive and palatable; ingredients are of good quality.
