ナガサキでの最後の夜に評判の良い鉄板焼き「赤目」を訪れましたが、正直少しがっかりしました。 スタッフとシェフの方はとても親切で、店内もアンティークな雰囲気が素敵でした。 しかし、12,000円のコースとしては全体のクオリティが価格に見合っていないと感じました。 最初のスープと刺身サラダは普通で、特に印象に残る味ではありませんでした。 また、野菜が肉よりかなり先に提供され、肉のレスト（休ませる）工程もなかったため、全体的に少し急いでいる印象を受けました。 ナガサキ牛自体は美味しかったのですが、付け合わせの味が弱く、締めが白ご飯と味噌汁だけというのは少し寂しかったです。 デザートも特に印象に残りませんでした。 全体的に悪くはないものの、「また来たい」と思えるほどではありませんでした。 サービスは丁寧でしたが、料理の構成や細かい配慮に物足りなさを感じました。 I visited Teppanyaki Akame for my last dinner in Nagasaki after reading many positive reviews, but honestly, I was quite disappointed. The staff and chef were very kind, and the interior had a warm, antique charm. However, for a ¥12,000 course, the overall quality didn’t meet expectations. The course started with soup and sashimi salad — both were just average. The pacing of the meal was also awkward: the vegetables were served long before the meat, and there was no resting time for the beef, which made it feel a bit rushed. The Nagasaki beef itself was good, but the side dishes were bland, and the course ended with just plain rice and miso soup, which felt underwhelming for the price. The dessert was also forgettable. Overall, nothing in the course really stood out. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely lacked balance and attention to detail. If you’re used to high-end teppanyaki experiences (like those at major hotels), this place might feel disappointing. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
