I don't usually give bad reviews, but this is 1 of the worst service situations I've come across. Worst service workers with horrible attitude. Not just 1 but both the old aunties were absolutely rude. Pointing directly to the food and saying the name of the food is apparently something they cannot understand. Claiming they couldn't hear me clearly when I'm pointing directly at the food, saying "crab" or "sardine" is unclear to them. Also they were laughing in a very mocking way. Extremely unprofessional. Hope this is fixed Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Passed by there during CNY period. Surprisingly that they had CNY series of items. Tried out their dendeng bak kwa chicken o', it was monstrously delicious. The taste was so unique and it was made with fresh ingredients, so addictive!! Unfortunately their trio spring o' was out of stock. Wish they come back next year ! Beside that, their fish ball and sausage were so delicious still. Love them much. Would revisit again, although the queue is always long. I think you should seriously review the NLB old Chang kee store. Keep talking among themselves while preparing orders and when they mixed up take out orders with dine in, no apologies given. Especially the Malay lady with glasses. Please also build a nlb old Chang kee google page for review. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
