No staff, so worst food ever worst staff, ever not even offered water in their restaurant. Everything was still bad food never visit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing experience. The food was not good, and though they claimed GPay and card payments were accepted, they asked for extra charges while making the payment. This kind of hidden charge is not acceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today afternoon, I visited Om Kitchen and ordered the Indian Thali, Palak Paneer, Sweet Lassi, and Lemon Soda. **Taste Review:** - **Palak Paneer:** Lacked flavor and was bitter. - **Dal Fry:** Very little salt and no taste. Additionally, I was promised papad, which was never served. - **Channa Masala:** Overly spicy, to the point of burning my mouth. - **Soda and Lassi:** Quite good. I am writing this detailed review primarily due to the poor service from the waiter. When I mentioned the issues with the Palak Paneer, he dismissed my feedback, attributing the bitterness to the Thai spinach. He also insisted the Dal Fry was fine because the chef had tasted it. There was no apology for the subpar food, and the waiter questioned whether I had tasted Palak Paneer at other restaurants. I informed him that while it was my first visit to their restaurant, I have had Palak Paneer at many places in Thailand, where I have lived for the past eight years. I am very disappointed with the waiter's behavior and lack of professionalism we don’t know the waiter name but you can check the order 7/07/24 12:30 pm. ( we paid 360 THB ).
