Jap with a slight twist. Am glad they are able to take in big groups. Food quality is good, as expected but I found the price point a little high. Fair portions, the grilled kurobuta was my fav but be sure to have a group big enough to share as i find it abit cloying after 5 pieces. Heard so much about this place, we tried it for dinner. Quite a wide selection of modern Japanese fusion items were offered on the menu. We ordered their signature salmon chirashi bowl, Tokyo Gyudon(pork) and truffle Chawanmushi. The food quality is good, and portions are quite generous, considering their higher price range. The only comment we have is that the truffle sauce in the Chawanmushi was a tad overpowering for us. Service was fast, but service team was quite non-chalant. That said, we will definitely be back to try the other dishes. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Came away satisfied after dinner at Omote @ Thomson Plaza. The ordering system was fast and efficient via QR code scanning — pretty much the norm at many restaurants nowadays. The chirashi bowl was excellent and felt like great value for money. The sushi rolls were enjoyable too, and the udon paired with a large shrimp tempura was satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant dining environment. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but still acceptable considering the food quality and overall experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40
