Absolutely sedap max best Babi Bakar meal ever! The superb quality thermal bags kept everything warm and the moment of unboxing drew wows from all of us! Who knew perfect presentation in a take home meal was possible? This was takeaway perfection at its finest! The Iberico Pork Collar was grilled to perfection and bursting with flavour. My daughter couldn't get enough of the coconut oil rice to go with the rice thief, devouring two portions! The entire family thoroughly enjoyed the Babi Bakar meal, with an extra order of tauhu goreng drizzled in kicap manis alongside crushed peanuts, deseeded cucumber, beansprouts and cabbage. I had my fill of all the vegetables, pickled red onion and sambals with oomph. When the food is so delightful, you know the chef cooks with passion. The meticulous packaging and attention to detail reflects the dedication Cassandra pours into her craft. I am so ready to place my next order for Cassandra's Ayam Bakar and Cumi Bakar!

This is hands down, the best private dining I’ve never been to. I love Cass’s hospitality, food and concept of open fire. Every dish was executed perfectly. My top 3 dishes were her Irish Duck, Ribeye Beef & the Jumbo Prawns. Every single dish stood out because she choose and uses quality ingredients. Who uses prawns from Papua New Guinea with pirates infested waters!? What made it even more special for me was seeing their entire family running the show. It was absolute devotion to a family business rather than just affection for an unrelated company. I think that was the secret sauce, seeing them have teamwork, waiting to serve was especially meaningful for me. To end everything off, we even had a very memorable desserts, pineapple pie with coconut gelato (made from scratch). We are strangers to Chef Cassandra prior to the private dining. After ours at On Embers, she classified us as the funniest, termed us as the kindest, called us as the nicest, of all diners! Our wit coupled with the sincerity has nothing compared to her passion and love for cooking. We are pleased to have been able to help propel and motivate her in moving forward in her journey; fairly negligible contribution, I think. I must admit that we are truly honoured to have the absolute privilege to savour her creations. She has a distinctive and daring approach, to say the least, in complementing and mixing of flavours. Her narratives at the start of each course are full of Wows, Ahas, Yays!!! The taste .... just exhilarating and absolute divine! Her eagerness to share the ingredients and how she prepared and cooked the dishes are highly commendable; one who is generous with imparting knowledge and experiences. Cassandra, we will be back in no time for more! Am sure I am speaking for the others in our group who has continuously nodding their heads over the dinner and so looking forward for the next session!
