My friend ordered Cajun chicken and when the food came, there was mayo drizzled on top. We were confused because the menu didn't say it would come with mayo. My friend is lactose intolerant so she cannot eat mayo. We told the employee our concern but she said she cannot remake it, nor give my friend a refund. If she wants something else, she would have to pay again. That is really poor customer service. How disappointing! It isn't my friend's fault for not knowing that the chicken would come with mayo if the menu doesn't say it.
