フォーシーズンズホテルの中にある、アジアテイストをとりいれたフレンチレストランです。最近内装改装し、メニューも一新したそうで、改装後初めて行きました。内装は以前より更に上質な雰囲気になり、プロバンスのテイストが程よく、シンガポールとフランスの融合を感じさせるデザインで素敵です。お祝いや特別な日はもちろんのこと、普段使いにも居心地が良い空間でした。ディナーで利用しましたが、週に2回は空輸されている食材を使った本日のオススメ、アラカルトもフランス料理から、シンガポールのローカル料理まで豊富です！日本からのお客様をお連れしても、西洋からローカル料理まで選べるのはいいなと思いました。ワインもフランス産だけでなく、イタリア、オーストラリア、アメリカ、チリと、それぞれの品種と幅広く用意されています。100ドル以内のワインも多いので、ホテル内のレストランですが、お酒が高いシンガポールとは思えないお手頃感です。もちろん高級なワインも豊富です。スタッフさんはとても感じが良く、細かい点まで気がきいています。思い出の写真も構図まで考えとことんこだわって撮ってくれていると思うほどでしたもちろんワインやお料理の説明、オススメの仕方も完璧でした！お料理もワインもとても美味しかったです！意外に無料ででてくるパンまでもが美味しく、バターにも海塩と海藻ソースをブレンドしてある手の込んだものでした！お肉の焼き具合も完璧でした！予算が許せば何度でも行きたいレストランの1つです

I should have written this review earlier, because every visit to One-Ninety has been nothing short of amazing!! We first arranged a buffet dinner for our son at One-Ninety Restaurant (Four Seasons Hotel Singapore) last December for his birthday dinner. Me & my husband are both occupied with work, so our son had his dinner on his own. I made the reservation quite late, but the team responded quickly even though it was during a very busy period (Christmas & New Year). They also took all remarks and allergies seriously and handled everything with great care. My son enjoyed the buffet so much! He told us that everything was delicious, especially the desserts! Throughout that evening, he kept sending us photos and messages, telling us how kind and friendly all the staff were. Knowing that he was well taken care of gave us great peace of mind. He returned again in early January for lunch. As he had rashes (non-contagious), I requested a simple pasta with tomato sauce just to be safe for him. The chef kindly prepared it specially for him, and Leo said it was so yummy! My son loved it so much that he cleaned the plate completely, sauce included From his very first visit, my son kept asking when he could come back again!! Everyone was wonderful, but my son especially bonded with Vincent, who took such wonderful care of him. So, most recently, my son went back again for his birthday dinner. The team made his night incredibly memorable. Vincent who wasn’t on duty that day (My son was quite disappointed when he knew Vincent was off duty) came specially just to surprise him!! He spent time chatting with my son and even prepared gifts, including the hotel mascot lion that Leo had wanted for a long time. As a mum, I was deeply touched Every visit came with little surprises, and the whole team truly made him feel special each time. The service is truly what makes One-Ninety stand out. Thanks to Vincent and the entire team for your warmth, kindness, and for always treating my son like family. From my son’s own words: “I feel like I’m a VIP here and everyone treats me like family. The food and drinks are super delicious! The Christmas desserts were AMAZING. I reallyyy love the birthday card, the gifts and all the surprises!!! Everything made me so happyyy! Everyone remembers me and recognises me since the first time I came here, and that makes me feel really special. This place is like another Disneyland for me. I can’t say it’s my number one restaurant because it’s too special and out of this world!!! It is in a special place in my heart that no other can replace. I really really love all the people here because they always makes me so happyyy!!! Best people ever!!!
