Founded by health and gym enthusiasts, you can get all your proteins and nutrients needed at one place. I went there for lunch with a friend. The place is cozy and chill. Their ingredients are fresh, healthy and delicious. I highly recommend their hummus and the Dr. Octopus bowl. Too full for a bowl? You can try their protein shakes, they are equally amazing and healthy. In for a cheat day? You won't regret using that quota for their tamogoyaki and squid sides. There are also vegetarian options available. But beware, the portion is HUGE!!! We couldn't really finish all our food, because we are just too full! Luckily you can request a takeaway box if needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. "The best poke bowl place" in Hong Kong would be an understatement because One Poke Rock is more than that. Meal type: Lunch
