Had an amazing dinner at One Prawn & Co! Every dish tasted just as spectacular as it looked. We started with the excellent Hamachi Tartare. For the mains, the Wood-Fired Scorched Hor Fun and the unique Haricot Vert over Burrata were fantastic. The ultimate highlight was the massive Grilled Prawns in an ultra-rich bisque reduction—absolutely unforgettable. Great service and stunning food. Highly recommend for your next foodie night out! It was a blast of flavours and textures throughout the whole Fireline meal. Starting with their Prawn bread toast, where the prawn flavoured integrated with the crunch of the bread and sesame seeds to their tender beef steak and their novel Sourdough icecream dish, the whole meal integrated various pairings of flavours ranging from umami and spicy to earthy. Highly recommended this cosy place that gave a wonderful experience to my tastebuds. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had such an amazing dinner! We tried the Fireline set menu and every dish was phenomenal. The burrata and smoked beans sounds simple but it blew my mind. The beans had an amazing smokey aroma which went so well with the creamy burrata, savoury crunchy white bait bits and slightly spicy chili oil, perfection! The typhoon shelter prawn was juicy, fresh and once again very well smoked. Each dish was a beautiful harmony of smokey favours which is what this restaurant does so well! Even the desserts are so well crafted. All the ice creams are handmade in house. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
