After a walk around Graham Street Market, many visitors stop by OneThird Coffee Roasters. This place will offer you great coffee. The well-trained staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Prompt service is something clients like here. From the visitors' point of view, the atmosphere is pretty. This spot scored 4.9 in the Google rating system.

For milk-based coffees, you can choose your coffee beans. four types are available that day. The milk foam is perfectly frothed, very smooth, and the latte art is beautiful. There aren't many food options, and there's no seating, but you can choose to stand or take away. Highly recommended for coffee lovers; currently one of my top three favorite coffee shops in Hong Kong. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

OneThird Coffee Roasters is a coffee mecca for specialty coffee lovers, by specialty coffee lovers. If you're not into specialty coffee, that's okay. They've got you, because even if you don't know anything about coffee, you'll be in for a great cuppa to send you on your way. There's no food. There's no seating. It's a spot to either grab one to go, or if you're a coffee geek, you can put in an order, watch the skills of the barista behind the bar produce your cup with precision and care, then—if it's not too busy—learn about what they do and why they do it. There's not a lot of these delightful, precision craft coffee spots in Hong Kong, and even fewer keep their bar staffed with baristas who obsessively maintain their passion for their craft year after year. If you're lucky, you'll meet Eisen, the founder of OneThird, who brings his precision craft drawn from the meticulousness of an architect to every roast he roasts, and every brew he brews. He's a delight to listen to, and if you listen, you'll find even as a science-driven nerdy enthusiast as I am, there's still much to learn, and even more so to respect. After hunting these types of coffee bars in Hong Kong, I'd have to say OneThird is a cut above everyone else—with much due respect to the other coffee bars who have delighted me along the way.
