なす全然火が通ってませんでした！ 蓮根、じゃがいも、ブロッコリーも硬くて火がちゃんと通ってない感じでした！これは全般的に魚も火が通ってなかったのか(魚は食べてしまったので)ちょっと心配になります。 店員に話したら態度が悪かった、早く帰れって感じでした、これは次行ったら嫌がらせされるパターンですね…。. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400

I’m genuinely impressed by the service at this restaurant. I visited during an exceptionally busy time — it was raining after work, the mall was packed, and nearly every restaurant had a waiting queue. I usually dine at Ootoya, but this time I chose to eat here because there happened to be no queue. What impressed me most was that despite the rush, the staff remained professional throughout. They greeted customers with warm smiles and polite gestures, stayed attentive, and handled the busy atmosphere remarkably well. There was no sign of frustration or impatience, even though they were clearly managing a high volume of customers. In many places, service quality tends to decline during peak hours when staff become overwhelmed. Here, however, the team maintained their professionalism and service standards from start to finish. That level of consistency deserves recognition. Well done to the entire team. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
