Extremely disappointing first experience with Open Secret. Placed Order for delivery between 11:00–11:30am, but by 12:00pm it still hadn’t arrived. I had to call in to check, and the driver only showed up around 12:10pm—well past the promised timing, with no offer of apology from driver. To make matters worse, the order was incomplete. Three sandwiches were missing, and the driver couldn’t explain why. I was later told it was an “oversight,” which only added to the frustration. This entire episode reflects a level of unprofessionalism that is very concerning. The delay disrupted my personal plans, and the missing items turned what should have been a simple order into a frustrating, time-consuming ordeal. While a refund was offered for the missing items, it doesn’t make up for the overall experience or the inconvenience caused. The handling of this situation falls well short of what I would expect, and it raises serious concerns about reliability. Overall, a very poor first impression. I expected much better.
