This Korean restaurant caught our attention because of its interesting menu and the mix of locals and tourists, which gave us confidence to give it a try. Ordering is done online via a QR code, but unfortunately the menu details were only available in Thai. Fortunately, a member of staff was able to assist us in English. After placing our order, we had to wait quite a long time for the food. The quality was mixed – some dishes were enjoyable, while others were less to our taste. It’s also worth checking which cuts of meat are used in the dishes, as this may not be what everyone expects. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1–200

Oppa Daek (MBK 2nd floor) serves tasty Korean dishes at good prices. Loved the spicy fried chicken, kimchi jjigae, and the kimchi fried rice with omelette. The honey comb milk drink was a nice sweet touch. Fast service, friendly staff, and big portions. 3 people can eat well for around 600 THB. Worth a visit! Must-try: Fried chicken, kimchi stew, kimchi fried rice, honey comb milk drink.
