Checked out this small Chinese eatery on the 4th level on the Textile Centre. This place is run by a couple of elderly folks. Basically they are selling economical rice which also commonly known as cai png. I was there close to 1pm and the dish selection was very limited, Picked a total of 4 items, 2 veg, 1 egg and some fried items. The meal cost me SGD$3.80 which was actually quite value for money. I think all the dishes that I have chosen were great. The particular item that i enjoyed the most was the fried nor hiang, the flavor was just right, it wasn't too overly salty. Portion was very filling for me. Overall, their food does give off the homely vibes, I would definitely patronise them again at a earlier time.
