We ate in Orchids Restaurant many times during our recent stay, having visited for many years previously. The Thai food is outstanding and probably the best we've ever eaten. The ingredients are the best quality and the portion size is generous. Everything is beautifully served by the lovely staff. Ok it's a little bit more expensive than other places but well worth it. If you haven't already booked a table arrive early when it's a bit quieter. Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

"I have mixed feelings about this stay. On the positive side, the location is decent—it’s a short, easy walk to some fantastic restaurants and the beach. However, the marketing is very misleading. The photos make the hotel look like it’s right on the water with sweeping ocean views. In reality, it’s a bit of a trek to the shore. Most disappointing was our room; while the listing showed beautiful balconies, our 'view' was literally just the interior stairwell ( check photos) and noise from everything including kitchen. No sope hard bed and pillows small room where u can't put luggage and basic tv. They even broken the fridge so cant have it colder . If you book here, be very careful as the photos don't represent the standard experience." Price per person: ฿800–1,000 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
