Had a wonderful experience here! The food was delicious, especially the hot dogs and milk tea — everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. I would also like to express my appreciation to a staff member named Kaihui. He was extremely patient in introducing and explaining the menu to us, making it much easier for us to decide what to order. He was polite, friendly, and always had a warm smile on his face. What impressed me most was his efficiency and professionalism. Even during busy periods, he remained calm, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Staff like Kaihui truly make a dining experience more enjoyable and memorable. The food was great, but the outstanding service made the experience even better. I would gladly rate Kaihui's service 10/10. Thank you for the excellent hospitality, and I will definitely be coming back again! Highly recommended to visit Orichi!

Their drinks and desserts are also highly refreshing. The fruit/floral notes aren’t overly sweet, which I appreciated. The textures in the desserts were spot on. Great spot in Orchard to chill and people-watch. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu! The guy making the drinks and desserts was so nice and friendly as well !!!
