平日のランチで利用しました。ビジネスランチでほぼ満席でした。突然のメール予約でしたが、すぐに折り返しの電話をいただき、丁寧でフレンドリーな対応に好感が持てました。前菜・メイン・デザート、それぞれの料理にちょっとした工夫が施されていて、とても美味しくいただきました。最後のデザートでは満腹状態でしたが、たいへんお得なランチだと思います。

It has been a while since we last visited Shangri-La Hotel. Origin Grill was a new addition to the restaurants available. If my memory served me well, it was a Japanese restaurant last time. We ordered the executive set lunch (3 courses for S$48++) and every course was delicious. The complimentary sour dough bread was fresh off the oven and 2 types of butter were served. I loved my organic beef tartare and it whetted my appetite for my Sanchoku striploin, medium rare. It was tender and there were no grisly bits. My wife’s striploin was cooked well done and she was raving about it! We were in for a bigger surprise: both desserts were Michelin standard. Totally unlike other steakhouses where desserts will be cheesecake or scoop of ice cream. Desserts here were unique, beautifully crafted and tasted great as well. Lastly we had excellent service from a Korean girl called Sophie. We will surely be back once the set lunch menu changes Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 60–70 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
