Poor service by the lady at the counter. She refused to serve us multiple times despite requesting her to after waiting for a long time. Nevertheless, delicious and fresh sushi. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thought I’ll give this a try on a Friday lunch because I’ve always walked past it but never tried. The rice that came with the bento set is just normal jasmine rice, not Japanese rice. I guess that’s alright, probably a way to cut costs. Rice was also slightly hard, probably because I’ve been spoilt by the Zojirushi rice cooker. Hopefully they don’t use this rice for their sushi and rolls. Overall food is alright but totally not value for money at all because while the quality isn’t great, the price is higher than usual, i.e., it’s a double whammy. What you’re paying for is probably the exorbitant rental cost which is understandable, just not acceptable from an individual consumer pov. I will not be eating here again. Service is actually alright despite what the other reviews mentioned, but also because I was there on a Friday which meant that the place wasn’t even half full. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Terrible service deserves NO stars! We asked for the menu and were ignored TWICE by the lady! A simple 'please wait' would've been polite, but she just ignored us, treating us like we're invisible!! SNOBBISH AND CONDESCENDING attitude.
