Picture of food in menu is totally misleading. Ordered a tenshin Han set which showed a rice with egg dish, gyoza and soup. However, food came without the gyoza and when asked, we were told the picture is taken assuming that the gyoza is the sidedish ordered. This is not stated anywhere. If I had ordered ala carte, this means I only get the egg on top of the rice for $10. Probably first and last time I will be eat here.

Kitchen floor had soap water all over and staff were walking around the entire restaurant with soap puddles. Staff had extreme body odour. Bowl of food came with missing ingredients and appetizer was served last when main courses were finished. Staff brought out a huge trash bin and walked it through the restaurant where people were eating. Extremely poor and bad hygiene and food practises.
