We originally called in a to-go order, but when we arrived, we noticed the restaurant was not busy at all. We asked the hostess if we could sit down and eat our food there instead, and she seated us without any issue. After we had already started eating, I'd only taken a couple bites of my burger, the hostess came back and told us that to-go orders were only supposed to be eaten outside. She then asked my entire family to pack up our meals and leave the restaurant. I understand having a policy if the restaurant is packed or if we were bringing in outside food, but that wasn't the case here. There were plenty of empty tables, and we had ordered our food directly from Chili's. To make matters worse, it's summer, and my wife is pregnant. Being told to pack up our food and eat outside after we had already been seated and started eating was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. The situation could have easily been handled differently. If there was a policy against eating to-go orders inside, we should have been told that before being seated and starting our meal. Very poor customer service and an experience that will make us think twice about coming back. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch

Chilis food is mediocre at best for the price compared to anything nearby. Really expensive for the quality and portions of food. Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000
