Over the course of my life, I have sampled countless renditions, yet the Meat Lover pizza here remains the finest I have ever encountered. Although we were dining on the set dinner menu, we chose to add this pizza as an extra item to share—a decision that proved revelatory. The crust achieved a rare equilibrium of texture, while the toppings delivered depth and harmony in every bite. Equally impressive was the service. The male servers attending to our table displayed attentiveness and professionalism, ensuring the experience was as polished as it was pleasurable. A timely note for discerning diners: Osteria Mozza will relocate to Orchard Ion after 31 July, with a revised pizza menu. We really enjoyed our time at The Pop-Up at Osteria Mozza Singapore hosted by Chef Nancy and Chef Dave, enjoying the different selections of savory and delicious foods.
