I'm not sure how this place is not FAMOUS already? The best cake I've ever had!!! I had cakes from luxury hotels & renowned bakeries, but nothing is quite masterful as the white truffle flan cake here. Its unimaginably silky texture and layered richness of flavors wash over you in waves, making you wonder, who is the genius behind this creation? Of course, it's Joanna Yuen. What a treat. The soy sauce caramel flan had the perfect balance of savouriness and sweetness. The meringue added a really nice touch to balance out the creaminess. Overall really good experience and friendly staff. Price per person: $500+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
