日本と同じくらいのクオリティがあるラーメン屋さん トリュフまぜそばは、めっちゃボリューミー。トリュフまぜそばはについては台湾風って感じ。 とんこつラーメンは泡系だけでど臭くなくて美味しい。 辛味噌豚骨ラーメンは、豚骨ラーメンの美味しさが消えてしまって少し勿体無い感じがしたけど、その代わりご飯や無料のゆで卵とのあいしょうがよいので、ご飯を入れて締めたい人は辛味噌でも良いかも。ラーメンだけで良いなら普通の豚骨でいいと思う。 カード使える. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I wished I were alone. Alone with my Otoko Original Bubbly Tantanmen. So I could savour every spoonful of rich chicken broth, the playful bubbles, the tangy spice. So I could enjoy every bite of the flat noodles, the true soul of the ramen. So I could give my full attention to the bowl, immersing myself in the culinary harmony carefully crafted by the chefs of Otoko Ramen. All in a bowl. I’ll return — this time, alone. [9 Dec 2024] Returned to sample a totally different ramen that has been touted as the Japanese Lor Mee. Imagine that — with thick delicious broth and condiments of spicy miso + ginger mash to add halfway through your bowl for a change in taste.
