Very poor customer service. We waited for almost 2 hours for the delivery, but the shop would not answer any calls or provide any updates/explanation. It felt like they were avoiding customer calls completely instead of properly handling the situation. Using FoodPanda (another one with poor customer service) they won't allow us to cancel the order - there's no way to cancel order Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70

Ordered take-away. Before I could even step out of the mall, the pizza boxes were already wet. Pizza looks good and taste good. Overall, good experience. Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered delivery and honestly the pizzas were OK. However, the wedges were horrendous. Uncooked, cheese sauce and mayonnaise had a very weird taste. I couldn't even finish 1 box and I ordered 2. The chicken drumlet is the only thing I'll eat if I ever come back here. Please improve. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–60 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
