This was my second time visiting this restaurant. I came back because I had a good impression from my first visit and was looking forward to having another good dinner. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. We ordered a Ribeye and a Pork Chop. I ordered my Ribeye Medium Well, but it arrived much closer to Rare / Medium Rare. I was willing to overlook that, but the Pork Chop was visibly undercooked in the middle. For me, this is not simply a matter of personal preference. Undercooked pork is a food-safety concern. When we raised the issue, the restaurant’s initial response was to offer only a 20% discount, 84 THB, while still charging us for the Pork Chop. When we asked about the food we had already eaten and the risk we had already been exposed to, the response was essentially to take the remaining pork back to the kitchen and “heat it up.” That was extremely disappointing. What made things worse was the lack of genuine concern or a proper apology. The staff’s attitude felt casual, almost as if this was not a serious issue. The most uncomfortable part came later. The restaurant had already given us the first bill, which still charged us for the Pork Chop with only the 84 THB discount. After we started taking photos and documenting the food, they came back with a second revised bill removing the Pork Chop completely. I was willing to pay the first bill. I was not asking for a free meal. So I asked them directly: “I can pay the first bill. Why did you change the bill now? Is it because you saw me taking photos?” The timing was very noticeable. If removing the Pork Chop was genuinely meant as taking responsibility, why was this not offered from the beginning? At that point, it felt less like genuine customer care and more like a reaction to the fact that we were documenting what had happened. On top of this, the service throughout the evening was inattentive. Staff were often sitting together talking, and we had to repeatedly try to get their attention. No manager came to properly speak with us or take responsibility for the situation. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, this second visit left me feeling disrespected, ignored, and genuinely disappointed. For a steak restaurant at this price point, I expect much better food safety, service, and accountability. I would not return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
