Food - Must try Kway Teow Mee! Note: Queue becomes exaggeratedly long at peak hours but service was efficient.

Place - Located in Hong Lim Market and Food Centre - another local food court with no air conditioning facility, can get really messy during peak hours but has wide array of stalls to choose from.

Price - Affordable in Singapore standard.

A word to the wise: The stall closes on Sundays, and you may want to get your noodle fix in the morning, to avoid the long queues during lunch.
