Very small local bar in Uttaradit filled with friendly locals that will gladly have a conversation. Prices are very reasonable and the employees are smiling and welcoming. Also the bar that closes as the last one in town. Good variety of many different beer brands Price per person: ฿1–100 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
