Unique cafe with delicious crepe cake and traditional tea sets. Relaxing Tatami style seating areas on the third floor. Steep narrow stairways make it harder for younger children or elderly to access. But once upstairs, it is comfy and relaxing place to hang out. Self service to top up hot water for tea in pots.
