A small but clean restaurant with a nice selection of cutlets, pastas, and some rice dishes. The staff service is very kind in my experience, and also speak English well enough if a customer doesn't know any Korean. Decor in Owl's Cutlet is also bright and playful, with various owls of differing sizes and colors scattered throughout the place.The food (we had the original cutlet) was very well done, plated beautifully, and came with a small bowl of soup as well. This is a place I wouldn't mind coming back to in the future to try more of the menu!
