OXBO Bangkok — a refined riverside dining spot inside Millennium Hilton Bangkok with beautiful views overlooking the Chao Phraya River The restaurant leans into a modern farm-to-fork concept, focusing on seasonal produce, quality ingredients, and subtle creativity. The overall atmosphere feels elegant but still relaxed and not too formal. What I personally enjoyed most here were the grilled dishes. The kitchen really nailed the cooking and seasoning, especially with how they incorporate local ingredients and very light Asian touches into the menu. Totally recommend this place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was a stand out restaurant and bar for us whilst in Bangkok. Boss on the bar was superb and created some wonderful cocktails you have to try them. All with a story. The food was on another level. We had a bone marrow and a toastada starter and they were out of this world tasty. They came on wooden blocks with a story of what it was under them. Then we had the buttery softest octopus I've ever had along with river prawn and pork belly. Every dish outstanding in its own right, full of flavours and cooked to perfection but together as a dinner for the 3 people it was unbelievably tasty all round. You have to experience this restaurant along with an amazing view of the chopraya River thru the high glass windows as you eat, or of the chefs at work in 6 the teppenyaki style cook side seating. Price per person: ฿2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

5 star for all, the establishment is immaculate. The staff are out of this world, even the ones that had nothing to do with our table. Been here 5 times in the past year and doesn’t compare to many fine dining restaurants in Australia, it’s better than most. I have food allergies and they catered superbly. We never miss out on our visit here whenever in Bangkok. No idea why there is not a line coming out of this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
