It is clean. The broth is not thick, but light. The boiled pork and hot pot were delicious - the owner gave us plenty of chives and even provided us with shavings. The ingredients are prepared neatly and the scent is mild. Even those who can't eat cow head soup because it smells can eat a bowl in no time
