Firstly, the ingredients are of very high quality, priced at only 1690 baht, plus it's a buffet. Just the menu of Turbot fish, which is not commonly available, makes it very worthwhile. However, in some dishes, such as the Rigatoni, the pasta is not tender, andthe Mille-feuille is not crispy enough; these should be inproved. Overall, I like this restaurant, although the pictures may not be very nice as they were taken at night, and the restaurant's lighting is yellow, which affects the image quality.

Stylish Presentation, But Taste and Service Fell Short of Expectations Visited Pruek Food Sukhumvit 49 with curiosity and excitement due to its refined plating and high-end vibe. While the dishes looked stunning, the actual dining experience didn’t quite live up to the visual promise. Food: The otoro was served overly cold and still icy, muting its natural flavor and richness. The sushi rice was disappointing—soft and mushy, lacking any vinegared tang. It felt like they reused the same barley-style rice from the risotto, which simply didn’t work for sushi. Langoustine spaghetti was okay—good sauce and presentation, though not particularly memorable. The rack of lamb was served slightly too chewy for the cut and price point. I also tried the caviar, which was a first for me—but frankly, the flavor was unremarkable and didn’t elevate the dish in any special way. The only item that stood out was the fresh oysters—they were well-prepared and a clear highlight of the meal. Service: Service was slow, which caused the meal to stretch too long. That pacing made us feel full before the later courses even arrived. There were also mistakes in our orders, which disrupted the flow of the experience. Space: The restaurant is relatively small, with around 4–5 tables (accommodating 8–12 seats total). It’s intimate, but the limited space may not be ideal for all group sizes or peak dining times. Summary: While the ambiance and plating reflect fine-dining intent, the taste execution and service management leave much room for improvement. Worth a visit if you’re focused on oysters, but be prepared for inconsistencies elsewhere.
