My wife and I have been dining at OysterMine for a couple of years now. Never disappointed with the food (or service) at this special restaurant in Kowloon City. Stand-outs are: always a great selection of oysters and bitingly fresh; sashimi that many Japanese restaurants would be proud of; fries you can dip in truffle egg; mind-blowingly excellent deconstructed pork burger; small but strong wine list, deliberately targeting good value. The young staff are always suitably attentive and helpful and play with my boisterous 5 year old boy.
