Wow. Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Phuket. The food is next level. So fresh and tasty and you can taste the freshest of ingredients. Highly recommend the spring rolls, chicken dumplings, chicken wonton soup and the pineapple fried rice was yummy as. Then if you are a Nutella lover you must try the Nutella dumplings. The customer service is also amazing. So polite, friendly and very professional. The espresso martini was absolutely fantastic.?This was our first time but definitely be back for many more amazing meals. Highly recommended and definitely 5 Price per person: ฿800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had an absolutely overwhelming experience at Oyu Bistro — hands down serving the best Pad Thai in the area! Located close to Bangla Road, this place truly feels like a hidden gem away from the loud buzz, yet conveniently nearby. I personally don’t prefer flat noodles, so I customised my Pad Thai with fried noodles instead, adding both chicken and shrimps — and it turned out to be one of the most sumptuous meals I had in Phuket. The balance of flavors was just perfect: mildly sweet, tangy, savoury, and packed with that authentic Thai taste. The chicken was tender, the shrimps were fresh and juicy, and the overall texture of the dish was spot on. It was so good that I literally had to come back again just to have it one more time — that says everything! When food makes you return twice during a short trip, you know it’s special. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality and portion size offered. Great taste, generous quantity, and pocket-friendly — a rare combination in a tourist-heavy area. If you’re near Bangla Road and craving authentic, flavourful Pad Thai, Oyu Bistro is a must-visit. Truly a hidden gem that deserves more recognition!
