PA Noi Noodles is a famous noodle shop in Udon Thani and it’s easy to see why. The walls are filled with photos of Thai celebrities who have visited over the years, adding to the restaurant’s reputation and charm. The beef is rich, flavorful, and incredibly tender, making it the highlight of the meal. I also loved their signature chili paste, which pairs perfectly with the noodles and adds an extra layer of flavor. Parking can be a bit difficult, and there is usually a 10–20 minute wait during lunchtime, but the food is definitely worth it. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
