Tucked away on a quiet side street, Pantone Classic is my go-to spot in Seongsu and it never disappoints. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between refined and cozy, with ambient lighting and music that's subtle but thoughtfully chosen. The food is consistently generous and beautifully plated. The French toast is a standout—custardy in the center with a caramelized top, plus complimentary ice cream and jam refills. The cream pasta is rich with a spicy kick, and the melon prosciutto is fresh and sweet — great with a drink. Grateful for a spot like this in Seongsu Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
