If there is a zero star I would give zero - One of the male staff members immediately told us to get outside instead of letting us ask a simple question at the entrance. Another came out later with an equally dismissive attitude, making us stand aside for no reason while refusing to explain the wait time — despite there being nobody else outside. What made the experience worse was the arrogance. Acting superior while working in Hong Kong and making money from Asian customers is a strange choice. Hospitality staff don’t need to be friendly, but basic respect and professionalism should not be optional. People don’t remember a venue for its drinks — they remember how they were treated. Unfortunately, this place made that part unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: No Dietary restrictions: Disgusting
