日曜日のランチに13時半ごろに伺いました。 昼の営業時間が14時だったらしく、ほとんどのランチメニューが売り切れていたのが残念でしたが、本日の丼ぶりと、スペシャリティの魚、ハタという魚だと説明してくれました、を食べることができました。 お米がジャポニカ米を使っているのか、加えて精米が丁寧なのか、ご飯がとても美味しい。 また、魚料理も炭火で焼いていて香ばしさがある。個人的には、魚の皮にもう少しパリパリ感があるとよいと思った他は、満点の丼もの、ボウル料理であり、チェンマイでのオススメレストランの一つです。. I stumbled upon this minimalist haven called "PARI-" completely by accident today after dropping off some packages at the Thailand Post nearby. And honestly? It turned out to be the absolute highlight of my day! From the outside, the clean, cozy aesthetic instantly caught my eye (as seen in Photo )But the real magic happened once I sat down and looked at the menu. They serve these incredibly curated Japanese-style sets, ranging from Charcoal-Grilled Fish with Ginger Sauce to House Made Beef Curry and Grilled Pork Belly (Photo ). Every element of the meal was crafted to perfection—flawless presentation, comforting flavors, and top-tier ingredients. The vibe inside is so warm and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to unwind. What started as a routine chore ended up leading me to one of my new favorite spots in town.
