なぜこんなに評価が高いのか謎です。 9:00にプレーンベーグルとアメリカーノを頼んだのに7,300ウォン取られました。 4,500ウォンのセットになると買いてありますよね？ レジの女性店員さんは外国人のお客さんを鼻で笑うかのような対応でした。 2階の女性店員さんたちは黙々と仕込されていました。. Order type: Dine in Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Wheelchair accessibility: おすすめしません。 2階席もありますが階段です。

Rude store manager and incompetent employee. This is my fourth visit to Korea and I've stayed at accommodations near this Paris Baguette twice and have never had bad service until today on March 1st, 2024 10:30am. I order iced vanilla cafe latte which is my usual go to. I don't remember ever liking hot coffee. The store manager told me my coffee is ready and I immediately noticed that it was in a hot cup, not the iced coffee cup so I told him that I ordered iced coffee, not hot. He said in a loud, angry voice that I ordered hot coffee. I sat down to wait for them to update my order and they called me to the reception again and told me that this is my hot vanilla latte. I told him again that I ordered iced vanilla latte, not hot vanilla latte. He said I would need to pay again if I want iced vanilla latte. Frustrated, I took the hot coffee from his hands and walked out the door. I was civil the entire time and expressed that I had ordered iced vanilla latte. Why would I pay again for their mistake? They did not even apologize for taking the wrong order. This store manager and the new receptionist seemed to single me out as a foreigner and gave me differential treatment. The food is great at this location but the store manager's attitude is a real turn off. I am shocked as I usually receive superb service in Korea.
