I recently visited this bakery and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. The service at the billing counter was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The staff member there was not only rude during the billing process but also displayed a dismissive attitude toward us, which bordered on outright disrespect. What made the experience worse was the apparent lack of concern or basic courtesy, which I believe reflects poorly on the bakery’s overall customer service standards. The behavior felt racially biased, and it was deeply upsetting to encounter such treatment. I strongly believe businesses, especially in the service industry, must train their staff to treat all customers with respect and dignity, regardless of their background. I hope Paris bugette takes this feedback seriously and ensures that no customer faces such a disappointing experience. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Service: 1
