good good good food and people! wanted the prosciutto french toast but think i had placed the wrong order and got the regular french toast instead (taste so good too). but the guy was so sweet to give me some on the house, thank you for making my day! i will definitely be back to try the prosciutto french toast

We came here for a dine-in meal. The food itself was actually not bad, but the wait time was quite long, the service inside was also very slow. Good food, but be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: ₩1–10,000

I’d recommend Phal to anyone who wants great coffee, meals, and desserts in a chill vibe. I live in this neighborhood, and this place deserves a mention.
