I can't say much about the food since I didn't try their food, however their coffee is absolutely horrible. For a HK$45 cup of coffee, the coffee is like 80% milk and 20% coffee wash. There is no aroma. You can't really taste any coffee at all. Service is great. The gentleman who served me is helpful and has very good manner. The environment is bright, clean, and tidy. Go for a soufflé for afternoon tea at 5PM, we were basically the only table there! The Christmas edition, featuring apple crumble, impressed with its generous portion and harmonious flavors. The blueberry yogurt variation delivered a distinctive blend, creating a unique taste that memorable. Each soufflé was perfectly airy and elastic, delivering a refined texture and remarkable flavor.
